Location: United States

Contract: Contractor, Part Time

Job Description:

IG PHOTO VIDEO, a reputable wedding videography company, is currently seeking skilled wedding videographers to join our team. Responsibilities include:

  • Capturing wedding events on Fridays to Sundays using your own professional equipment
  • Connecting with the couple two weeks prior to the event to review the wedding schedule
  • Delivering high-quality footage to the studio via the internet
  • Driving to the wedding location

Requirements:

  • Must own professional video equipment, including a minimum of 2 mirrorless cameras
  • Must have at least one wide lens (around 16 mm), one mid-range lens (24-70mm or 35 mm), and one long lens (85mm, 100 mm, or 70-200 mm)
  • Must possess 2 tripods, a gimbal (with knowledge of operation), 2 on-camera lights, or one light on a stand
  • Must have a minimum of 2 wireless microphones, an audio recorder, and a drone
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in filming weddings, showcasing leadership skills and the ability to direct couples in front of the camera
  • Must own a reliable car

Compensation starts from $50/h. After completing 10 weddings with growing skills, we can increase your compensation to $60 or $75 or more. We can provide a minimum of 40 weddings a year or more, depending on your availability and interest.

Additional Information:

  • If you are a beginner looking to start your career in wedding videography, we are open to teaching you. However, a minimum commitment of 2 years is required. Compensation starts from $35/h, and you should have at least one camera similar to the Sony A7III.
