Job Description:

Sunset Strings Academy is seeking professionals who play the violin to join our after-school enrichment program in Southeast Florida. As a violin instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students in an age-appropriate and engaging manner. You will need to have a strong grasp of stringed pedagogy and be able to translate that knowledge effectively to the students. Additionally, you must arrive at your assigned school with a positive attitude and be ready to create a fun and educational environment for the students. Updating student attendance at the start of each session is also part of the job.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in playing the violin

Additional Information:

• Job type: Part-time, Contract, Internship
• Pay: $40.00 per hour

• Schedule: After school, choose your own hours, Monday to Friday, on call, weekends as needed
