Job Description:

The Producer role sits within our Marcom Creative organization and plays an important role at the intersection of production and creative. By encouraging close relationships with content creators and keeping in constant communication with partners, the Producer guides the production of assets from creation to deployment. As a content Producer for EA SPORTS Madden and College Football, you will manage campaign assets (key art, social content… trailers), brand design artwork, DOM (email images & video), and community content. You will report into a Senior Producer.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in applicable field such as cinema/tv, video games, communications, media, etc.
• 6+ years of experience in asset production at video game or creative content studios
• Willingness to travel on a basis for studio meetings, and shoots
• Comfortable working with a wide array of technical tools and workflows, including Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, Frame.io, Frontify, Google Drive
• Master of influence, balancing creative excellence with on-time delivery while following budget constraints and looking for savings
• Accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex plans down to their path and proper milestones
• Knowledge of game titles, Madden, College Football, American Football culture and the NFL

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES:

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): $77,600 - $119,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
