Job Description

We are looking for an experienced nightlife photographer to work at a prestigious Wigan nightclub. You will be required to shoot a minimum of 4 sessions per month, with shifts lasting 2-3 hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 8:00 pm and 3:00 am. This is a freelance position and there are no sales involved or commission-based earnings. Rates of pay range from £35.00 to £110.00 per session, with higher rates for red carpet and special events. You must be courteous, efficient, and able to generate a high shot-count. Quick editing and uploading of images to our website by 15:00 hrs the following day is required. Creative guidance and technical support is available upon request.

Requirements

• Previous nightlife/club photography experience (samples required)
• A high-end digital SLR with a dedicated external flash
• Interchangeable lenses: (1) A standard “portrait” / zoom lens (2) A wide-angle lens
• Access to a computer for off-site editing & a broadband connection for uploads
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital editing software (PhotoShop or Lightroom)
• Preferably access to a motor vehicle
• Preferably own public liability insurance with a minimum of £3M cover
• You must be confident, outgoing, reliable, and able to consistently deliver high-quality work.
