Job Description
Contribute directly to tackling Climate Change and Sustainability by working with our NSW Government client to make a real impact. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating interviews/workshops, streamlining internal processes, creating designs and prototypes, testing designs with assessors or colleagues, iterating on prototypes, workshopping ideas with the development team, collaborating with Business Analysts, writing user stories, and documenting your process and key decisions. You will also be working closely with the product team to improve collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Excellent communication skills, as this is a complex environment
- Broad technical skills - experience using Figma and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work concurrently on multiple projects
- Experience with best-practice digital standards, including WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines
- Interest or experience in building construction is a nice-to-have
