Job Description:

Brandolier Creative in Waukesha is looking to add a part-time Art Director to our team with the ability to grow into a full-time position. The main responsibilities include:

• Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including print advertising, digital media, and social media
• Assist with video and photo shoots as well as editing photos and videos
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create and edit graphics or videos
• Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent design elements
• Create engaging visual content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all channels
• Experience with After Effects (motion graphics) or Wordpress (web development) or any 3D applications will put you at the top of the list

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
• Knowledge of digital design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with content management systems for website design and maintenance
• Understanding of production design processes and ability to prepare files for print or digital distribution
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
