Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support a robust team design team within the Customer Experience Omnichannel organization of our enterprise telecom client. The position will be ideally hybrid with candidates local to Basking Ridge, NJ and/ or New York City. The team focuses on different phases digital and mobile product design for the user experiences align to B2B Customer Sales. Candidates should be experienced working within design systems to maintain a consistent user experience, have a strong user centered design focus, as well as be able to create design solutions for product, tech, and business strategies. He or she will be a leading force to drive efforts surrounding digital products and services. There will be a strong focus on mobile and desktop user experience design and end to end processes when it comes to reaching consumers. From an end-to-end design perspective candidates will be supporting phases of business-to-business applications in things such as navigation pages, ecommerce sales flows, customer registration, to name a few. Ideal candidates will have strong documentation process for all steps of the UX design life cycle and be able to communicate and present to internal business executives and stakeholders. Candidates should come from an enterprise or agency design background and have a professional portfolio that shares the thought process of the designer.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer specifically within the B2B ecommerce space
• Strong documentation with full UX design process; flow charts, prototypes, sketches, product launch
• Hands on with the core design tools- Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile fast-paced environment handling multiple deliverables- working with internal stakeholders
• Website Portfolio with updated work and examples of candidates full design process
• Bachelors Degree
