Job Description

As a social media content creator for our new leading “You Play Netball” brand, you’ll drive our brand presence by creating exciting, engaging, and relevant content. Key Responsibilities

• Create a social media strategy and content calendar aiming to grow our reach, engagement, and followership above yearly averages.
• Manage and oversee “You Play Netball” social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor conversations, track metrics, and generate performance reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Foster meaningful relationships with followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and authentic manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
