Job Description:

We are an established and exciting Mexican street food chain with multiple locations. We are looking to expand nationally and internationally in the near future. We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Creating and curating engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos
• Monitoring social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
• Responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Analyzing social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Photography and filming content is a plus
• Ability to use different software to create graphics, marketing, and advertising materials

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
