Job Description & Overview:

The Social Media Designer is a vital role focused on visually representing our brand across social media platforms. This position involves crafting high-quality visual content, including graphics, photos, and videos, to engage our audience and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing social media content, including posts, photos, videos, reels, and TikToks for various social channels.
• Oversee published content, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to be present on-site to capture photos and videos.
• Design creative and brand-aligned graphics and visuals for use across social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns, adapting strategies for different platforms and target audiences.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation or a related field, with a portfolio of prior work/project experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
• Excellent skills in photo and video editing.
• Minimum education of a High School Diploma.

• Ability to use social media analytics tools for tracking performance and optimizing content.
