Job Description:

Fidelity TalentSource is currently sourcing for a Graphic Designer to work in Boston, MA, Merrimack, NH, Smithfield, RI, or Raleigh, NC. As a Graphic Designer on the Creative Solutions team, your role will involve solving challenges and collaborating in a team environment. You will be responsible for bringing stories to life through design and working within existing brand guidelines. Daily tasks will include design support and project management for internal and external communications across various mediums.

Requirements:

• BFA or BA in Graphic Design or related design discipline, with 5+ years’ experience
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Expertise with designing executive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to take direction and integrate feedback
• Top notch design, typography, illustration, and layout skills
• Ability to produce effective multimedia solutions
• Strong bias for action and willingness to get things done
• Experience with UX and UI design a plus

Dynamic Working:

At Fidelity TalentSource, most associates work flexibly with a hybrid schedule, balancing personal and business needs. There is a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, every four weeks.
