Job Description

Creative Youth Network is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join their team on a freelance basis. The role will focus on promoting The Courts project, a creative enterprise hub for young creatives in Bristol. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating and sharing content across social media, following the organization’s branding guidelines and working closely with the Communications Team. This role is specifically designed for a young person or early career candidate, with a focus on applicants from Global Majority ethnicity or those not in employment, education, or training who are interested in media and marketing as a career. The Content Creator will be a valued member of the marketing and communications team, contributing to content creation for and by young creatives during the opening of The Courts.

Requirements

• Age requirement: 18-25
• Must have an interest in media and marketing as a career
• Preferably from Global Majority ethnicity or not in employment, education, or training
• Ability to create and share content across social media platforms
• Ability to work within branding guidelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be available to work 8 hours per week for 13 weeks
• Must be able to start by end of January 2024
• Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check required

Additional Information

• Fee: £150 per day
• Hours: 8 hours per week - 1 day a week for 13 weeks
• Application deadline: Friday 5th January 2024
• Interviews will be held on: Thursday 11th January 2024
• Role will begin by end of January 2024 and last for 13 weeks
• Role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
