Job Description

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented individual to join our vibrant team on a freelance, ad-hoc basis. A successful candidate will have a passion for vintage fashion and an eye for super fun and attractive content.

Key Duties:

• Creating regular content across all of our social media platforms
• Pulling together our best items for flattering content
• Working closely with management to create a structured marketing strategy
• Styling members of our team in our finest vintage clothing to create fun and visually fabulous photos and reels
• Create and direct our staff for reel content ideas
• Other adhoc digital tasks given by management
• Create Facebook events and eye-catching Facebook adverts

Requirements

• At least 1 year’s marketing experience
• Confidence behind camera and basic photography knowledge
• Creates high quality and engaging Instagram and TikTok reels, posts and stories
• A strong knowledge of how to create successful Facebook posts, events, and stories
• A firm understanding and experience with running successful boosted posts and adverts across all platforms
• A high-level understanding of analytics across all platforms
• Experience with running successful Google Ads
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms to create engaging email campaigns
• Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action
• Ability to communicate effectively with management in order to understand and implement our vision whilst also bringing creative ideas to the table
• Competent user of editing tools such as Canva, Photoroom, and CapCut, and scheduling tools such as Plannoly or Hootsuite
• Skilled with using Lightroom and Photoshop or other professional photo editing software
• Experience with other video editing software is a plus

Additional Information

Freelance flexible work. Start date negotiable, however, the ideal candidate will be available as soon as possible after we have reviewed all applicants.
