Job Description
The candidate for this role must possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate with non-technical audiences in order to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear and concise manner. They should also have experience with developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Force.com APIs, as well as converting Process builders and Triggers to Workflows. In addition, they should be skilled in database query languages, building applications on Salesforce community cloud, and developing and deploying Lightning solutions. Experience with integration and data migration using Salesforce Data Loader, agile project management methodologies, and using JIRA for tracking agile projects is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience effectively communicating with non-technical audiences
- Strong verbal and written skills for communicating with peers and different levels of users
- Preferred experience of 6 years in developing and customizing Salesforce applications
- Preferred experience of 6 years in converting Process builders and Triggers to Workflows
- Preferred experience of 6 years with database query languages
- Preferred experience of 6 years building applications on Salesforce community cloud
- Preferred experience of 6 years developing and deploying Lightning solutions
- Preferred experience of 6 years in integration and data migration using Salesforce Data Loader
- Preferred experience of 6 years working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies
- Preferred experience of 6 years using JIRA for tracking agile projects
- Preferred experience of 5 years developing solutions using the Salesforce Lightning user interface
- Preferred experience of 5 years with Health and Human Services
- Preferred experience of 5 years with Long-Term Care regulatory systems
- Preferred experience of 5 years using Jitterbit for data loading tasks
- Preferred strong Salesforce project design and development skills
- Preferred experience with creating integration points between Salesforce and other business systems
