Job Description:

We are seeking a bilingual copywriter to join our team at Monster Strategic Talent Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and translating content for our clients’ career sites. Your main goal will be to create “punchy” and compelling content that sells and accurately describes each client’s unique employer brand identity. The majority of the work is done in English, so exceptional proficiency in English is a must. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in North America, especially Canada.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web content writing
• A relevant degree in a related field
• Exceptional proficiency in English with strong attention to detail
• Sparkling creativity and the ability to bring words to life
• Linguistic versatility and the ability to adapt to different writing styles and tones
• Understanding of the interplay between design and content
• Deadline-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling web content to optimize the candidate experience
• Revise and enhance existing content to improve conversion rates
• Conduct discovery calls and interviews with stakeholders to gather essential information
• Review and proofread peers’ work
• Contribute to content creation for social media and intranet
• Support the Employer Brand Strategist in content creation for different solutions
• Collaborate with the Web Designer and/or Strategist in story mapping and sitemap creation
• Support the development of marketing and sales materials

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Monday.com and Figma
• Ability to work in French or another language
