Job Description

Join an amazing design team and work with a talented group of design specialists to help craft TV product experiences on Sky Glass and Sky Stream. The focus will be on shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UX direction for Sky’s products, particularly platform commerce journeys. This role involves coming up with innovative solutions that center around customer needs, completing UX design work that adheres to best practices and brand standards, collaborating with other design disciplines and product teams, and mentoring other UX designers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Understanding of UCD, human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into designs that meet customer needs
• Experience running discovery and design workshops
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies
• Keen eye for maintaining consistency of UX guidelines, principles, templates, and assets
• Proficiency with tools and software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing for TV or commerce is an advantage
