Job Description:

The Homeschool Bunch is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Associate to join our team. As a Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for content development, creating engaging posts, and growing our online presence across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Ads. You will also play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing our private Facebook community. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing while working with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, aligning with our brand identity and target audience.
2. Platform Management: Manage and maintain our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Ads by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and ensuring a consistent online presence.
3. Community Building: Help grow our private Facebook community by fostering engagement, moderating discussions, and organizing events or activities to enhance member interactions.
4. Facebook Business Manager: Familiarize yourself with Facebook Business Manager platform or be willing to learn it, as it will be a key tool for managing ad campaigns and tracking performance.
5. Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a passion for social media marketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Business Manager is a plus.
