Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Creative Director with experience creating campaigns with video, digital media, website, and social content. The Creative Director will lead and coordinate our in-house creative team to develop ideas executed across multiple channels. Responsibilities include facilitating ideas that satisfy creative brief objectives, aligning with the brand identity, and adhering to campaign strategy. This role requires strong leadership, creative thinking, and project management skills.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Adapting leadership style to inspire and mentor teams
• Prioritizing and managing team and individual work
• Managing a copywriting team and providing coaching
• Organizing and managing brainstorm sessions
• Providing clear creative direction and timely feedback
• Managing multiple projects and staying on deadline
• Leading ideation and copywriting for various marketing outputs
• Monitoring and maintaining focus on the mission of making healthy behaviors easier
• Reviewing and approving work before dissemination
• Representing the company in client interactions
• Applying behavior change principles to creative concepts
• Coordinating with other departments for strategic alignment
• Providing scope and estimates for creative projects
• Delivering performance feedback to direct reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience
• Experience leading a creative team in an agency environment
• Experience writing audience-facing content for various digital platforms
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with brand engagement in today’s connected universe
• Knowledge of digital and social media trends and technologies
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proven ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail
• Experience working with teen/young adult audiences
• Knowledge of youth culture and social media trends
• Experience developing creative for platforms like TikTok

Other Information:

Location: Remote (in Hawaii)

Status: Remote, temporary, part-time employment

Pay Range: $46 - $62 per hour
