Job Description

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our amazing design team and work on crafting TV product experiences for Sky Glass and Sky Stream. In this role, you will support the team in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UX direction for Sky’s products, with a focus on platform commerce journeys. You will come up with innovative ideas and shape them into logical, coherent solutions that meet our customer’s needs. Additionally, you will adhere to best practice UCD and brand standards and collaborate with other design disciplines, product teams, and development teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX design
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in UCD design principles and methodologies
• Demonstrable understanding of UCD, human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Background in gathering business requirements and translating them into designs that meet customer needs
• Experience running discovery and design workshops
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies
• Keen eye for maintaining consistency of Sky’s UX guidelines
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing for TV or Commerce is an advantage
