Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer/ Graphic Designer to join our small and growing business in Lincoln. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visual concepts for eye-catching advertising campaigns, digital campaigns, and websites. You will also produce print products such as brochures, leaflets, magazines, and stationery.

You will work closely with the team to create original ideas that fit the client brief, turn research and behavioral insights into designed assets, produce storyboards or sketches of your ideas, and work on layouts and art-working designs ready for print. You will also be involved in presenting ideas to the director, pitching to clients, making changes based on client feedback, and delivering the final artwork.

You may also be involved in producing animations, working on design for websites and online content, and participating in photo or film shoots. The role requires creativity, originality, a strong visual sense, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. You should also have resilience and the ability to work to deadlines.

Requirements

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficiency in MAC
• Good typographic and layout skills
• Experience with XD, website design, and animation/video content production is desirable
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience, post-university, working in a studio or freelance
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, but part-time applications will be considered. The salary ranges from £23,000 to £32,000, depending on experience. The deadline for applications is 10th January 2024.
