Job Description:

E.A. Production is seeking an Executive Producer to join our team. The Executive Producer will be responsible for the execution of our shows, including creating and maintaining an organized and community-centric space. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented systems thinker, capable of making long-term plans and implementing steps to achieve them. Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills are essential. Experience with creating and managing spreadsheets, calendars, timelines, and budgets is required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in selling tickets online, inviting industry professionals to the show, and organizing events such as “raising money events,” “29-hour readings,” and “press events.”

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in theater production (required)
• 1 year of experience in Broadway finance (preferred)
• 2 years of experience producing events (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in fundraising (required)
• 1 year of experience in budgeting (required)

Additional Information:

• This is a fee-based contract position with payment based on a percentage.
• The contract will extend from now until May 2024, with the potential for a full-time or production partnership position after May 2024 depending on results and production growth.
• The role involves working on upcoming shows, including an Off Broadway musical with a $10M goal, an interactive play with a $30K goal in a VIP theatre, and an interactive show in an underground performing bar with a $15K goal.
• Flexible schedule.
• This position requires the ability to reliably commute or relocate to Manhattan, NY.
• Expected hours: No less than 12 per week.
• Salary: $350.00 - $3,000.00 per week.
