Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Basic Video Shooting and Editing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage through proficient video shooting techniques and performing essential editing tasks to produce engaging and visually appealing video content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management skills along with creativity and technical expertise in both shooting and editing videos. You will also be responsible for ensuring the final product aligns with the company’s brand identity and meets the desired objectives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate video recording equipment, including cameras, tripods, lighting, and audio devices to capture videos in different settings and scenarios.
• Set up and adjust camera angles, lighting, and audio to ensure optimal video quality.
• Shoot high-quality videos using various shooting techniques, such as framing shots, panning, tracking, and capturing dynamic moments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Edit raw video footage using industry-standard video editing software, such as cyberlink powerdirector, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, to create seamless and visually appealing videos.
• Apply video enhancements, including color correction, audio adjustments, transitions, and visual effects, to improve video quality and maintain consistency.
• Incorporate graphics, texts, and animations into videos as necessary for branding or informational purposes.
• Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines by utilizing appropriate fonts, colors, and styles.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video shooting and editing, preferably in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in operating video recording equipment and associated tools.
• Ability to apply video enhancements and effects, including color correction, audio adjustments, transitions, and visual effects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple videos.
• Creativity in storytelling and visual composition.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous video work demonstrating shooting and editing skills is highly desirable.
