Job Description

Oliver is seeking a Senior Art Director / Creative Director to lead and drive creative excellence for one of their most exciting clients. The role involves managing advertising activity across various channels, such as online, direct mail, email, display, web, social, press, and OOH. The main challenge is to convert readers into paying supporters and contribute to the success of the client’s mission.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in press, digital, video, and social media and possess a strong conceptual background in brand and product advertising. They should have experience in media or culture sectors, with a strong portfolio of large-scale conceptual campaigns and solid sales-driven activity. In addition, the candidate should have a track record of award wins and demonstrate a grasp of brand building and direct response principles.

The Senior Art Director will join a team of 12 in Kings Cross and will be expected to lead, inspire, and nurture the careers of other creatives. They will collaborate closely with the strategy team and build strong relationships with senior clients. This role offers the opportunity for career development and learning from Oliver’s unique inside ideas business model.

Requirements

• Proficiency in press, digital, video, and social media
