Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our team. As a Real Estate Photographer, your primary responsibility will be to capture high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties for marketing and advertising purposes. You will work closely with real estate agents, property owners, and other professionals to ensure the best representation of properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented photographer with a passion for real estate and an eye for detail.

Requirements:

• Excellent photography skills and knowledge of professional-grade cameras, lenses, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with real estate agents, property owners, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs of properties, including both interiors and exteriors, to highlight their unique selling points.
• Apply composition techniques, utilize natural and artificial lighting, and stage the properties appropriately to produce visually appealing images.
• Ensure attention to detail by decluttering and adjusting elements within the frame to present properties in their best condition.
• Assist in the setup and positioning of cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to achieve optimal results.

Education:

• A degree or certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field is advantageous.
• Or currently enrolled as a student in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
• Prior coursework or training in photography is advantageous but not essential.
• A strong passion for photography and a willingness to learn and grow in real estate photography.
