Job Description

Popology is seeking a talented and creative Freelance Videographer/Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our content production team, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to understand the goals and objectives of the video project
• Assist in developing creative concepts and storyboards
• Plan and coordinate logistics for video shoots, including location scouting and equipment setup
• Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for various platforms (Instagram/TikTok Reels, YouTube, website, etc.)
• Execute professional video shoots according to the project plan
• Capture high-quality footage, paying attention to composition, lighting, and audio
• Direct talent and guide to ensure the desired outcome
• Generate creative ideas for video content that resonate with the target audience and client deliverables
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video projects
• Create engaging and shareable content that enhances brand visibility
• Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to elevate the visual appeal of videos
• Ensure timely delivery of finalized videos, meeting project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a freelance videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Experience in managing all aspects of video production, from concept to final edit
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Own or have access to professional videography equipment
