Job Description

Wildflower Brands is seeking a Freelance Hybrid Graphic Designer to join their Design and Marketing Department in Thousand Oaks, California. The ideal candidate will be creative, result-driven, process-oriented, and work well with others. They will be responsible for designing content for the company’s female, trendy, fashion brand, including social media assets, email designs, and website banners. Experience with Shopify/Amazon is a bonus. The role will start as a freelance contract, with potential for full-time employment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing for female, trendy, fashion brands targeting females ages 12-28
• Ability to manage design projects (bonus)
• Fashion design experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with web design and content creation
• Experience with Shopify/Amazon (bonus)
• Ability to work on-site in Thousand Oaks

Required Skills/Abilities

• 3-5 years of experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and animation software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to execute marketing vision and collaborate with the Marketing team
• Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• BS or BA in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Working Hours

• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
• Position starts part-time and may transition to full-time
• Some flexibility to work from home, depending on business needs
