Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Agency Producer to join us as part of the ‘CaST’ team. CaST stands for Creative at Scale Team and is a production agency within the Publicis Groupe that solely supports the Haleon… brand portfolio (formerly GSK consumer goods). This team is comprised of agency producers, a client services layer, a business affairs department, and a dedicated post-production team. Our team works on global above-the-line integrated campaign toolkits alongside creative agencies both within the Publicis Groupe and externally with WPP and IPG creative agencies around the world.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of pre and post production across assigned projects, providing the client & creative agency with timely status updates and ensuring successful delivery against deadlines and on budget.
• Managing the creation of Global campaign toolkits assets from pre-bid through to final delivery.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders (all levels), educating, communicating and managing their needs and expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Core experience and skills

• Proven Agency production experience in effectively managing projects (large & small / online & offline / TV , Print, Radio and Post production from initial brief through to final delivery.)
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Adept at building strong relationships at all levels and able to manage multiple stakeholders including directly with our clients
• Creative flair, innovative approach and problem-solving mentality and an understanding of all content media/ social platforms (FB, Insta, YT etc.)
