Job Description:

My client, a leading global property services firm, is seeking an experienced Web Developer to build and design microsites for each of their property developments. The role is temporary and based in Victoria. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director to create the microsites, using the materials and input provided by the company.

The role is hybrid, requiring some office work, so the candidate must live within a commutable distance to Victoria. The working hours can be flexible, with the option for full-time or part-time. However, the candidate must be able to travel into the office for face-to-face meetings with the Marketing Manager and Director at least once or twice a week.

The ideal candidate should have experience in building and launching websites to ensure that SEO is optimized. Additionally, graphic design skills are required to design the websites in line with the company’s brand. The start date is immediate, and the end date is dependent on the completion of the microsites.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in web development

- Proficiency in SEO optimization

- Graphic design skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Excellent communication skills

- Must live within a commutable distance to Victoria

- Flexible working hours, with a requirement for face-to-face meetings in the office at least once or twice a week

- Immediate availability

- Hourly rate: £20 to £25 per hour
