Job Description:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate with our dynamic team in the thriving cannabis industry. This unique opportunity allows you to bring your expertise on board on a project basis, contributing to the creation of compelling designs for various cannabis-related materials. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will work independently to develop intricate illustrations, logos, and graphics with precision, implementing color schemes and layouts to enhance visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce compelling designs for diverse cannabis-related materials.
• Develop intricate illustrations, logos, and graphics with precision.
• Implement appropriate color schemes and layouts to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to bring design concepts to fruition.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and partners for seamless project execution.
• Establish definitive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Budtending experience, to contribute to sales floor activities as needed.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven expertise in freelance graphic design with a specialized focus on the cannabis industry.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of cannabis-related designs.
• Strong layout skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical and creative mindset to effectively convey brand messaging.

• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software and desktop publishing tools.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Five to eight years of experience in graphic design.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be hourly, with a range of ($20 - $26) depending on experience.
• Hours each week will be dependent on business needs.

Other Information:

Cover Letter: Must provide a graphic design regarding marketing in cannabis as a cover letter, in order to be considered for the position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.51 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Holidays, Night shift, Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
