Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is suitable for a marketing freelancer. You will be working from our office in Leighton Buzzard for 2 days a week, with flexible working days. As one of the leading marquee hire companies in the UK, we provide marquees for festivals, shows, and events nationwide. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and social media platforms
• Managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines, social media, and display networks
• Conducting market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Creating engaging content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
• Monitoring and analyzing website and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in creating relationships with event organizers, festival planners, and venues

• Salary: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
