Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and professional Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The position requires an ability to multitask, solve problems and interact with external contacts. A successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of organizational administrative practices.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Take and relay messages to the appropriate party.
• Strong background in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Assist in daily office needs
• Be able to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
• Meet deadlines while working independently
• Design online creative content as well as advertising materials
• Understanding of marketing concepts and design principles
• Effective communication and time management
• Videography experience and proficiency with editing software

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred) education
• 1 year of graphic design and advertising experience (Preferred)
• Day shift availability (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (Preferred)
