Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Colleges multi-channel marketing plans to support all domestic and international student recruitment activity, to support all communications out of the Colleges, and to manage the consistency of the brands internally and externally.

Main Duties

- Manage the brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging for the Colleges.

- Manage the development, production, and delivery of all the colleges’ campaigns and promotional literature.

- Create and execute tactical marketing campaigns to support new student recruitment and retention of existing students.

- Develop and implement the social media strategy for the Colleges.

- Maximise the use of content marketing through online and offline channels.

- Manage and optimise the Colleges’ websites as required.

- Ensure the marketing pipeline is fully maintained and best practice principles are implemented.

- Ensure a robust system is in place for alumni tracking and results.

- Make colleges’ key messages accessible to stakeholders both internally and externally.

- Monitor marketing spend and periodically review/report against the set marketing budget.

- Plan advertising and promotional activities in the UK and overseas.

- Support the delivery of recruitment events.

- Carry out any duties in accordance with the College’s policies.

- Incorporate the philosophy of the values and vision stated by Nord Anglia Education Group.

- Undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the grade of the post.

Requirements

- Education: GCSE or equivalent.

- Work authorization: United Kingdom (required).
