Job Title: Marketing Executive - Fixed Term Contract

SALARY: £39,800-£45,000 (DOE)

POSTING END DATE: 25/01/2024

LOCATION: Warwick

This is an exciting and diverse role which covers the management of multi-channel asset creation across owned, earned, and paid channels for Experience and Collections Marketing. The role is focused on ensuring all marketing communications are customer centric, digitally innovative, and consistent with the JLR communication guidelines. Additionally, this role focuses on driving customer demand for Experience and Collections products by optimizing communications in line with analytics from all channels and optimizing to deliver revenue for the business. The role also works with a diverse range of stakeholders including the wider Brand Communications team, Partnerships, Experience and Collections team, Regions, Markets, Global Experience Centres, and Third-Party Agencies.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Brand Communications Team and Partnerships, Experience and Collections Team on development and maintenance of all marketing communications in line with the global strategy.
  • Measure the success of all marketing activity, by monitoring, tracking, and interpreting metrics against business goals to assess earned media value and other methodologies.
  • Prepare reports and management information for the leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered to brief, on time, and budget and receive the appropriate level of stakeholder approval.
  • Ensure that all assets are fully product correct, legally compliant and aligned with the brand positioning and visual identity.
  • Shoot/production planning & management - risk assessments, on-site photographic permit approvals, vehicle resource and travel approvals as required.
  • Develop and distribute global communication guidelines and templates, digital stationery templates and MLDNA uploads.
  • Ensure a dynamic and future-facing web presence.
  • Work with the Global Social Team to facilitate the presence of Experience and Collections projects on Global Social channels.
  • Ensure appropriate market enrollment and support.
  • Support the development of agency briefings according to strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Support in budget administration and spend reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven record in marketing communications management and creative.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Strong briefing and editing skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent collaborator with good people skills and the ability to actively lead, develop and support team members.
  • Experience of working with global markets and cultures.
  • Knowledge of innovative technologies, digital media, and websites.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and stakeholder management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, enthusiasm, commitment, and confidence to achieve goals of team and self with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
  • Commercially astute with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports.
  • Strong analytical skills able to use data to drive analysis and results.
  • Reporting and Presentation experience.

  • This is a temporary assignment for 12 months.
  • The role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
