Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are efficient, robust, and user-friendly. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical expertise and guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach other developers, contributing to the growth and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.
• Create efficient and high-quality code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to other developers.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related technical fields.
• 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Java.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
