Job Description

Your role will include:

• Leading the development of a brand social playbook
• Building upon an existing brand social strategy
• Establishing roles for each core social platform for the brand
• Creating a content strategy for social media
• Outlining platform and creative best practices
• Establishing social benchmarks and measurement
• Leading the development of a Community Management Playbook
• Establishing credibility as a thought leader on new social media tools

Requirements

We’re looking for individuals with:

• A 4-year degree and 1 to 3 years working in digital and/or communications
• Experience in the social media universe and familiarity with various platforms
• Excellent research and writing skills
• A passion for blogging, microblogging, and creating content
• A strong understanding of marketing strategy
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
• The ability to back up creative ideas with analytical reasoning
• Willingness to travel
