Job Description:
Gee Hair, a growing name in the hair extension industry, is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to lead our content creation efforts, drive brand presence, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating compelling content and possess a marketing qualification. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate content into our overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content creation planner for social media and newsletters
- Collaborate with a social media apprentice to produce visually stunning content (videos and images)
- Coordinate and manage shoots from concept to execution
- Create content aligned with our branding and sales objectives
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Manage influencer outreach and engagement
- Create brand content for various marketing platforms
- Analyze marketing efforts and identify areas for growth
Requirements:
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
- Background in hair, beauty, or fashion industry
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro for video editing
- High proficiency in using Canva
- Prior experience in creating captivating in-house content
- Knowledgeable about lighting for content creation
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to £32,000 per year (proportionate with experience)
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
