Job Description

Launched by Lady Gaga, Haus Labs is a vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics brand with a mission of spreading kindness, bravery, and creativity. We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media and Community Specialist in Los Angeles to help drive creative and disruptive marketing efforts across all social media channels, through supporting the execution of social media content and community management. This person will need to have social media and community experience, specifically within beauty. Must have an eye for elevated content and UGC, strong creative design skills to shoot and edit content, be a talented social writer, passionate about building community, and able to execute on engagement-growth plans. Intuitive ability to find community-first content - with the drive to take current trends/events and implement them quickly to help grow our channels.

Requirements

• Strong passion for customers and community & therefore the ability to spark social conversations
• Be a high energy go-getter, who’s got a positive, friendly attitude
• Be very proactive, collaborative and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic with exceptional project management & organizational skills
• Excellent design aesthetic and a keen eye for elevated makeup aesthetics and high-quality content
• Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results
• Equally analytical and creative thinker
• Strong, creative written communication skills
• Basic video editing skills
• Well-versed in social media platforms and have a deep understanding of platform tools (ex. TikTok and IG stories features, etc)
• Experience with social management tools (Dash Hudson, Rival IQ, Tribe)
• Experience growing and maintaining social audiences across multiple platforms
