Job Description:

• The Social Media Marketing Assistant will report to the office manager
• Responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the medical and medispa spaces
• Develop and execute engaging and unique content
• Act as the voice of the brand and assist in management of content and community across all social media platforms
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

Requirements:

• Passion for social media and marketing
• Proficient in social media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work as a team, ready to support one another and regularly collaborate
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
