Job Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality and visually appealing photo/video in various different locations and project types
• Collaborate with the team to understand the client’s vision and requirements for each project
• Use professional photography equipment provided, using innovative techniques to achieve desired results
• Occasionally edit/retouch photos using post-production software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Create engaging video content by capturing and occasionally editing footage
• Utilize video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere
• Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content
• Ensure all projects are completed within the agreed-upon timelines

Skills

• Proficient in photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and posing
• Strong knowledge of post-production software such as Adobe Creative Suite for photo editing
• Experience in video editing using software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects
• Ability to create captivating motion graphics for video content (bonus)
• Familiarity with film production processes and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2 years of film/photography experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate cameras in manual mode
• Ability to work in person at our Tristates, NY location
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50% travel)

Other Information

• This is a freelance position, and the availability of projects may vary.
• Compensation will be discussed on a project-by-project basis, dependent on experience.
• Expected hours: 10-25 per week
