Job Description

We are looking for a talented creative experienced in videography and photography who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being out in the field. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and advanced client relationship and customer service skills. They will also possess a growth mindset, always being open to feedback and direction, while looking for ways to improve their skills and inspire the team.

The Creative Specialist will be responsible for the in-field production of real estate marketing solutions, including photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone piloting, client branding, social media content production, and photo and video editing. They will also be responsible for strengthening client relationships, telling visual stories through images, and making an impact on the company’s growth and success.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of creative experience as a professional or independent creative contractor
• Experience in photography, videography, and drone operation
• Experience in post-production and editing photo and video content
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A growth mindset and a willingness to constantly improve
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car
• Located within a 20-mile radius of Portsmouth, NH
• High school diploma or equivalent

Other Information

The position is part-time (10-34 hours per week) and offers competitive pay, continuous training, growth opportunities, provided gear, a flexible schedule, and a supportive company culture. The role will require some travel to and from shoots and the ability to operate effectively within a team environment.

Additional desirable skills and experience include FAA Part 107 Drone License certification, experience in the real estate industry or marketing/sales, experience with Sony Mirrorless camera systems and lenses, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other editing software.
