Job Description:

The Diamond Group Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced Jr. Graphic Designer with strong conceptual and design skills. The role involves conceptual design and development of marketing materials, including responsive website design, marketing emails and landing pages, banner ads, videos, and other digital marketing assets. The designer will also contribute to building the agency’s brand.

Key Functions:

• Drive timeliness and productivity of creative department with a consistent eye on quality
• Take the lead on conceptual ideation and design of branding materials
• Establish overall visual and messaging language for annual campaigns
• Present annual campaigns, branding, and UX/wireframe concepts to clients
• Supervise and mentor designer resources to produce outstanding creative
• Manage workflow, multiple projects, and deliver work on schedule
• Stay current with the latest design and industry technology trends

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of design or relevant experience
• Portfolio website with compelling sample work
• Strong design and art direction background
• Excellent conceptual skills capable of delivering award-winning-caliber creative
• Experience with responsive web design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
