Job Description

My client, a growing high-end property development business based in Central London, is seeking their first Social Media marketing hire to help build their online presence. This is a permanent, part-time role for the foreseeable future, with 2-3 days per week required. The candidate must be able to come to the office at least 1 day per week.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in Social Media, with a focus on growing and nurturing key social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Capable of implementing social media strategy and owning the publishing schedule.
• Experience in community management.
• Hands-on content creation skills.
• Good analytical and creative mindset.
• Understanding of high-end and luxury markets.
• Previous exposure to real estate and property development is a bonus.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position, with a salary range of £35-40K (pro-rata). The candidate will be responsible for helping the company build their online presence and manage various social media channels.
