Job Description

A Boulevard Creative is responsible for the in-field production of our real estate marketing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: photography, videography, Zillow 3D tour, aerial drone operation, file management, etc.

• Complete photo, video, drone, and 3D services on site for clients.
• Upload footage and communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members.
• Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services.
• Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner.
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment.
• Maintain calendar accuracy for time tracking purposes.
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments.
• Operate effectively within both a team environment and individually.
• Offer solutions consultations for in-field upgrades.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills.
• Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills is a must.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License
• Knowledge of the Adobe Suite
• Experience with Final Cut Pro X
• Valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Additional Information

Gear Requirements:

• A Sony, Canon or Panasonic DSLR/mirrorless camera
• 4K Video Capabilities Drone (DJI or Autel)
• Wide angle lens
• Tripod
• Gimbal (DJI Preferred)

Hours: Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical.

Pay: You will be paid per Job/Shoot as a part-time employee. Per Job/Shoot pay starts at $32, and is based on a tiered incentive structure.
