Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Recording Engineers / Music Producers with a proven track record in professional recording, mixing, and mastering. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who have an existing client base and the drive to grow their portfolio within our dynamic studio environment.

PLEASE NOTE: This opportunity is only available to Engineers and Producers who either have, or are willing to cultivate and establish their own, independent client base to work with at our facility. Accepted applicants will be expected to bring in an absolute minimum of 8 hours worth of studio time per month. If you are looking to be fed clients, this is not the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record, mix, and master audio with a high level of professionalism and technical skill.
2. Manage and operate studio equipment effectively, ensuring optimal sound quality.
3. Collaborate with artists and clients to realize their creative vision.
4. Maintain a high standard of quality control and client satisfaction.
5. Actively promote your services to attract and retain a strong client base.
6. Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recording, mixing, and mastering.
• A certification or degree from a recognized audio program.
• Comprehensive understanding of studio equipment, software, and signal flow.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and client collaborations.
• Existing client base with a proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
