Job Description

This role is for a Freelance Designer working across Boyswear Nightwear, Swimwear & Underwear!

• Create innovative designs that meet the customer needs for design, fit, style, quality, and are trend lead
• Work closely with the design team and buyers
• Work in line with the critical path to meet deadlines set
• Take into consideration budgets set and challenge your designs accordingly

Requirements

• A real passion for design within the Boyswear industry
• A natural interest in trends with a good eye for color, detail, and excellent taste level
• An enthusiastic communicator with great personal skills
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, working to set deadlines with enthusiasm and confidence
• Previous experience working within a UK brand, high street retailer, or supplier

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified to degree or equivalent in Fashion or similar subject
• An excellent level of skill within Illustrator and Photoshop
• Highly organized
• Garment/fabric based knowledge is desirable
• CAD/Adobe Suite essential
