Job Description:

The Jr. Deployment/Product Content Specialist is responsible for bringing together assets prepared by other functions in the studio and ensuring they are delivered beautifully to the customer. They act as the webmaster, constantly creating, curating, and deleting the rules, content, and details that bring the site to life. Attention to detail and the ability to execute complex eCommerce campaigns flawlessly are critical in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy the rules and assets required to bring assets and promotions to life on the site using different CMS.
• Manage the CMS repository strategy to ensure content and files are easy to access and intuitive to find for seamless site maintenance.
• Work with the product management team to understand new features and functions and translate them into new promotional strategies.
• Test the site in a staging environment before launch to ensure changes have been made correctly.
• Troubleshoot and correct promotional issues promptly, potentially requiring overtime.
• Educate the Site Merchandising and Studio Teams on the site’s capabilities and how to best use it in their promotional strategies.
• Execute weekly Media Connect paid marketing (share of voice) campaigns.
• Create and execute simple to complex A/B tests to support the Site Merchandising and Optimization Teams.
• Modify page templates using basic HTML/CSS skills when needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of similar experience.
• Preferred skills: essential reporting, HTML, and Excel familiarity.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Quality assurance background with solid business acumen is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Information:

- Work location: Hybrid.

- Contract: 12 months with a high potential for extension.
