Job Description
Graphic Designer is needed for a contract opportunity with our Entertainment client located in Santa Monica, CA
- In this role, the designer mostly will be using stock photography to create original designs for music albums.
- Will drive the collection of assets quickly to turn around concepts utilizing internet/stock photography websites.
- Designing album covers for production music albums.
- Assisting in building out various assets for web, print, digital and social campaigns
- Assist with creating designs for various special projects like promotional materials, merch, etc.
- Will design and/or layout product artwork, component design, marketing materials and packaging to enhance product image.
- Will collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Understanding how to follow brand guidelines
- Flexible and able to work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Able to receive constructive feedback
- Solid understanding and foundation of typography, layout, composition
- HTML /UI/UX experience a plus
- Some travel required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM a plus
- 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events
