Job Description

We are looking for a talented part-time Social Media Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the marketing team to curate engaging, original media and will act as the voice of Mumu Apparel. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth of the Mumu brand. This includes making video content such as reels, managing story + grid posts, responding to followers, & more.

As a Social Media Manager, it is imperative that you are up-to-date with the latest trends and patterns. You should also have excellent communication skills. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high levels of traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Create, edit, publish and share compelling, visually appealing, and informative content daily across multiple platforms(e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Plan and execute Social Media advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, content creators and design to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Monitor, moderate, and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Foster positive relationships with followers and customers
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact of Social Media efforts

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This is a part-time position that needs to be local to our office in Clearwater, Florida as we will need the Social Media Manager to create content with Mumu products.

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
