Job Description:

We are looking for 2 Junior .NET Developers for our team. They are required to be onsite 3x/week in Philadelphia. The primary responsibility is to learn and understand the application architecture/API’s as well as application code and development. The key tasks and responsibilities of this role include:

• Analyze, design, modify, build, and deploy applications
• Support and/or install software applications and components
• Translate and document business problems and/or user stories to functional applications
• Create detailed design artifacts and technical documentation
• Participate in design reviews
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Devise solutions to mitigate and address issues, bottlenecks, and bugs
• Maintain code quality
• Assist in post-implementation support
• Participate in defining system content, structure, and flows
• Adhere to department policies for application support and development with an emphasis on security standards

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, the candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Three to Five (3-5) or more years of experience in systems analysis, programming, and design
• Good knowledge in either .NET or Java language
• Client-facing skills and hands-on coding skills
• Ability to react and solution reported issues
• Document, design, and development artifacts for the applications, architecture, and operational system environment
• Ability to plan and build technical project schedules that get work done on time and on budget
• Knowledge of billing & financial systems (a plus)
• Experience in Web Application development and support
• Solid Microsoft Technology stack experience
