Location: Lehi, United States

Contract: Full Time, Part Time

Job Description

The Fields Team with Real Broker in Lehi, Utah is actively looking to hire a Social Media Manager, Videographer and Marketing Director to take their social media game and lead generation results to the next level. This position will be responsible for producing high quality leads, clients and closings through social media and other online platforms and efforts. The hire will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the desired public image of the team, coordinating client care and client appreciation events, and providing support to the Realtors and their clients.

Requirements

  • A strong background in social media marketing, videography, and video editing with proven results
  • Marketing experience with SEO, Youtube, social media (multiple platforms), graphic design, etc.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate and inspire
  • Ability to work from the office in Lehi at least 4 days per week
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to be successful

About Us: The Fields Team is one of the top producing real estate teams in Utah County. The team’s mission is to build an innovative and disruptive business as part of a fulfilling, counter-balanced life to enhance the happiness of team members, clients, and communities.

Compensation: Salary - $2,000-$3,000/month to start depending on experience and hours/week. Bi-annual bonuses based on performance.
